Our Return & Refund Service is available under the following conditions:
√ For products without manufacturing defects and in new or like-new condition (Enterprise products are exempt if activated), you can request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of product receipt.
√ If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of product receipt.
Our Return & Refund Service is subject to the following conditions:
1. The request is made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. Requests beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
2. The returned product must include all original accessories, attachments, and packaging. Additionally, the product should be in new or like-new condition, free from cracks, dents, or scratches.
3. A valid proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice must be provided. Any suspicion of forgery or tampering may result in the denial of the Return & Refund Service.
4. Unauthorized use or modification of the product, exposure to moisture, entry of foreign substances (such as water, oil, or sand), or improper installation or operation that leads to faults or damages will void the Return & Refund Service.
5. Tampering or alteration of product labels, serial numbers, or waterproof marks will nullify the Return & Refund Service.
6. Damages caused by uncontrollable external factors such as fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes are not covered under the Return & Refund Service.
7. The product must be delivered to CHUWI within seven (7) calendar days after receiving confirmation of the Return & Refund Service.
8. Other circumstances outlined in this policy may also impact the eligibility for the Return & Refund Service.
Return & Refund Instructions:
To initiate a return and refund, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your product. We will promptly review your return and refund application within 2 working days. If the return is a result of the consumer's decision, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The exact fee will depend on the chosen express company. However, if the goods are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not be required to cover the shipping fee. Please note that refund processing may experience delays during ongoing events.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and typically take about 7-14 business days to complete, depending on the policies of your bank or credit card issuer.
Customers are responsible for covering the costs of return shipping to the designated service center, including any cross-border or international shipping expenses, unless the refund is due to performance faults.
Replacement Service Instructions:
√ If you wish to request a replacement for your product, please contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving the product.
Replacement Service is available under the following circumstances:
1. If the product does not match the original description in one or more significant aspects.
2. If the product experiences performance failure.
Replacement Service will not be provided under the following conditions：
1. Requests made after 15 calendar days of product receipt.
2. Failure to provide valid proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices, or if there are suspicions of forgery or tampering.
3. The returned product does not include all original accessories, attachments, and packaging, or if the items are damaged due to user error.
4. No defects are found in the product after appropriate tests conducted by CHUWI.
5. Faults or damages are caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, exposure to moisture, entry of foreign substances (such as water, oil, or sand), or improper installation or operation.
6. Tampering or alteration of product labels or serial numbers is detected.
7. Damage is incurred by uncontrollable external factors such as fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
8. The received product is not returned to CHUWI within 7 calendar days after receiving confirmation for replacement from CHUWI.
9. Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.
10. Other circumstances specified in this policy.
CHUWI will cover the two-way freight costs for product replacements due to performance faults.
