Burning problem n smell

I have been using this freebook from more than a month, it’s doing its job but when I am watching a movie (means using it for 2+ hours) there’s a chemical burning smell which I can feel comes from this freebook and then I check the backside of it, so there are some weird marks on the back of it which appeared after that burning smell idk how it is possible or there’s any danger in keep using it like this!

Something was missing-Customer Service

I got sent the package and all, at the end it turned out a different plug type I got delivered.
I contacted the Customer Service and I'm now waiting for the right piece to come, they were very available even though the timing were a bit slow.
