Disappointed – No Support for Finnish Keyboard Layout

I purchased this Chuwi device expecting it to be compatible with a Finnish QWERTY keyboard layout, but unfortunately, there is no suitable keyboard cover available. This is a major inconvenience for users in Finland, as the default layout does not match our standard keys and symbols.
Despite reaching out, I was unable to get a proper solution or replacement. It’s frustrating that such a basic regional compatibility issue hasn’t been addressed. I cannot recommend this product to anyone who needs a Finnish keyboard setup.

This is my first Chuwi and I'm impressed from the quality of the latptop. The material are high quality! The screen is bery clear and the images are fine. At this moment I love this! Only one point is that the h7 pen arrives wirhout the battery, so I had to buy it and at tjis moment I still haven't used!

Very capable device

The 16GB version was ordered and it is fast enough for your regular tasks and some not too heavy multitasking as well.
Screen is great and the pen functionality, too, albeit with some small input delay.
Minor critical point: the camera is no '3D' camera and does not support face login with Windows Hello.
All in all this is a small laptop I would definitely recommend.

Happy, But!

Honestly i have not had the Laptop long due to delivery trouble but i like it nonetheless.
although i have one small concern that the laptop might be faulty. it makes a low static crackling noise originating from what i think is the battery (due to the fact that the noise changes pitch and intensity when i switch the laptop from performance to battery life in settings.) i have gone through the usual steps to fix it myself. Driver update, charging it, and others but nothing seems to work. i was wondering if you either knew what the trouble is or in worst case would be able to replace the unit. (btw. it does not look damaged in any way).
